What is the difference between one-time, monthly, and yearly?

One-Time lets you buy a block of credits with no subscription — the credits stay valid for 365 days. Monthly and Yearly are subscriptions that refill your credits automatically; Yearly is billed once a year and works out about 20% cheaper than paying monthly. You can switch between them at any time.

Major credit and debit cards via Creem, our PCI-compliant payment processor. PayPal support is coming soon. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers — Creem handles all payment data.

When do my credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Credits expire based on plan: one-time credit packs are valid for 365 days from purchase, monthly subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle, and yearly subscription credits are valid for the full subscription year.

10 to 220 credits per image depending on model and resolution. Z-Image Turbo is cheapest at 10 credits/image. Seedream 4.5 is 40 credits flat. Nano Banana 2 is 80-160 credits (1K-4K resolution). GPT Image 2 ranges 20-220 credits depending on Low/Medium/High quality. See the Credit Cost per Image table above for the exact cost of every model + resolution combo.

What happens if a generation fails?

Credits are automatically refunded to your balance — no manual request needed. This covers technical failures on our end, upstream model failures, and provider safety-filter blocks. The refund typically appears within seconds of the failure being detected.

Can I use generated images commercially?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You keep full rights to every image you generate. You can use them for personal and commercial projects, social media, and marketing materials with no extra licensing fees.

What is your refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case within 24-48 hours. Failed generations auto-refund credits without a request. For other refund requests, email support@z-image-ai.run with your order details. Note: credits spent on prompts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., prohibited content as defined in Terms §3) are not eligible — see Terms §7.6.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel any time via Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or by emailing support@z-image-ai.run. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to remaining credits until then. No cancellation fee.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades give you immediate access to the new credits; downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
